It is not a miracle or a cure-all but rather a process of transmutation that alchemically allows you to clear your unwanted emotional baggage, limiting thinking, dysfunctional patterns, wounded or imbalanced states of being and to replace them with Love, self esteem, confidence, self assurance, compassion and wisdom . This allows you to progress towards embodying your highest potential as a human being and as a spirit, fully in Mastery of your energy, thoughts, emotions so that you no longer react to life like an automaton, but consciously respond to life with integrity. This enables you to be who you truly are - your authentic self and to consciously create your life, to anchor and express your mission and puzzle piece on Earth, here and now with a singing heart. This process takes time, hard work and courage.

Cosmosis is a cutting-edge persoanl/spiritual process in that it does not just assist to heal and clear the unwanted issues, it really allows you to own them, learn from them, let them go in peace and gratitude, transmuting them in the process. As a result you create more harmony both within yourself and your environment. All of this is done in a few moments through the application of 10 simple steps!

Cosmosis is easy to use and does not require any bodily movements, tools or any other props. All you need is your wonderful self, the will to move beyond your present conditioned limits, and the desire to embrace more Love. The Cosmosis process has been thoroughly designed and developed to ensure that anyone willing to let go of old baggage and applying the steps correctly is able to expand into more of their true potential.

A major focus of our training is gaining psychological clarity. What does that mean? It means clearing out all old fear-based patterning and programming from our psyches. All the things we have taken on board which has limited us in some way, which has kept us from seeing the Truth and the Knowing of our own hearts. In working on gaining psychological clarity we regain our individual sovereignty – we are not controlled by anyone or anything external to ourselves. We are then free to hear the voice of our own heart, to hear our own Truth within, to hear the voice of Spirit and connect with Source ourselves.

Many people settle for mediocrity in life. This course is not for those people. This course is for those of you who wish to be truly outstanding individuals in a sea of mediocrity, to seize the day and actualize the greatness that you inherently hold within as a human spirit.

Course Structure

We have designed a unique course structure that facilitates the ancient mechanism of self-transcendence and integrated ascension. While there is the one central focus of unconditional love and wisdom in practice, it incorporates 9 key areas that ground the new archetypal model for Aquarius. See diagram below.

This is a totally new concept in learning and facilitation which allows you to step out of the linear timeframe. The 9 key areas are intertwined that provide you with a map that enables you to discover your own innate wisdom and create your own journey through the cosmos.

More than Energy Healing

Energy healing usually involves some conscious use of knowledge of the human energy field, as well as specific techniques to address disturbances. Programs which are based on the medical model will have an assessment of the energy field, and techniques will be chosen that address the disturbances found. After the energy healing is done, the healer would re-assess the field to discover the outcome of the treatment.

More than Spiritual Healing

Traditionally, spiritual healing is healing in which the healer is felt to be an instrument of the divine, allowing the power of the divine to heal through him or her. The healer acknowledges that he or she does not do the healing. In a sense, the healer is only the instrument through which the person seeking healing surrenders to the divine.

COSMOSIS™ Transformational Healing has aspects of both energy and spiritual healing as well as involving counselling, introspection and self awareness techniques. The fundamental basis for Cosmosis™ Ascension transformational healing is to embrace a working hypothesis which states that we are all from the same source and so fundamentally are all aspects of that one source. Our understanding holds that it is self evident that the Body, Mind and Spirit are interconnected and inseparable. And since our aura (The Human Energy Field) interacts with others, as well as with this spiritual Whole, so do all of our actions, beliefs and thoughts effect that Whole.

From this understanding we choose to accept that we are all part of a greater interconnected benevolent being-ness and learn to exercise healthy boundaries based upon a personal preference for ever greater love, wisdom, tolerance and contentment through service to that spiritual Whole.

The resulting belief structure becomes the lens through which healing and enlightenment occurs. Within this process there is an absence of the rather ugly dogmatic bias which characterises some other schools of philosophy and religiosity. The Cosmosis™ personal development/enlightenment/ascension process is a systematic identification with this greater being-ness which translates to greater understanding, wisdom and love. This then flows on into behaviour change as we learn together to engage in a true culture of love, tolerance and wisdom. The more one acts out of this understanding the more one is freed from the ‘thou-shalts’ we have been carrying around with us. Ultimately through dedication and hard work with this process of self awareness and expansion of consciousness we personally effect our own investigation of the ‘truth’ and learn to become expressions of our own source on the planet and to the planet.

The major potential pitfall in this process (or any spiritual process for that matter) is what is now being popularly termed the ‘more spiritual than thou syndrome’. We by no means testify that this is the only way to enlightenment, it is but one way which you may choose if it resonates as relevant for you.

About Ascension

The Global Coaching Community is a Spiritual Earthly Teaching and Healing Community devoted to the Ascension of Consciousness and the Mastery of Human Success.

In our age filled with wondrous gadgets and glamorous distractions, we find it good to reflect upon the fact that the actual meaning of the word spirit is "to love."

So often we have heard that GOD is LOVE, so it follows then that to realise GOD as a human being we must learn how to love, fully present, in each and every moment. Easy to say, but in the modern world this will be the hardest thing you will ever do my friends. Why is this being 'in, of and for love' in each and every moment so difficult? The answer is indeed simple, and is answered beautifully in the words, 'GOD equals human minus ego'. The ego, or perhaps to be more accurate, the fear based ego, is something that we all create by giving in to fear.

There is really but one choice in life, the choice between LOVE and fear! Every encounter, every situation in your life is a challenge that is an opportunity to choose love rather than fear and so move forward on the path of spiritual and personal growth. Most people do not realise is that there are four distinct levels to Personal Growth, the physical level, emotional level, mental level and the spiritual level. To achieve true God Realisation, all 4 levels be equally balanced and mastered!

The other thing you have to realise is that enlightenment and GOD Realisation are two different things. Enlightenment is about building a light body, or in other words, activating and energising the subtle bodies we call the aura. This is easy to do! But it has nothing to do with acquiring wisdom, or being love in each and every moment. In order to bring that 'upstairs' light into the real world, you have to clear out all fear from yourself as a human being, otherwise all that light will become contaminated with fear in your expression as a human being.

Real mastery is about being your own "source" on every level of your being!

On the ground that means blending your life mission and purpose with earning a living and relating with people in a state which is free from the fetters of fear! Our beloved planet Earth, and all who live and breathe and have their being within her energy system are going through an unprecedented period of accelerated change. Even the Earth's magnetic fields are altering, matter is becoming less dense, or in other words we are becoming more 'light'.

We are leaving our caterpillar-ness behind to become spiritual butterflies! This process of graduating into the next dimension, or kingdom, is known as Ascension. In these higher dimensions many pioneers who have already made this quantum shift are now living in what we might call 'lightbodies'. These elder sisters and brothers of humanity have been the Saints and the Sages of all faiths, paths and Ways to God, the Teachers and the Mystics, and they have also of course led many, many normal lives. They have learnt and integrated that great truth that all is love, love is all, beyond all is love, and loving all is the beyond.

There are many people advancing spiritually, but many are not doing so in a balanced manner! They are indeed making great progress on a Spiritual level, but they are not fully walking the talk of mastery in love on the mental and emotional levels. Many have not fully embraced their service mission and have not as yet embraced the full creation of their own "Heaven on Earth."

We humbly point this out without judgment as a very loving reminder of the importance of a holistic and balanced approach to one's Spiritual Path. For all of us our real mission and purpose is to fully embody Spiritual mastery, unconditional love and wisdom on all levels of our being and more importantly, to teach others to do the same!
