Linda King Co-founder and Operations Manager – Insight Foundation Faculty Head – Cosmosis™ Academy - Master Mentor and Coach Linda King is the co-founder and Chief Operations Officer for both the Global Coaching Community and The Insight Foundation. Linda has the following qualifications
Linda will soon be offering certified counselling training in the near future, through the Global Coaching Community. Linda has co-developed the transformational process Cosmosis™ which she facilitates through intensives, workshops, online courses and global classes. Linda’s life has led her through a range of counselling courses from which she has developed her own unique approach. Linda’s journey has included the study of colour therapy, nutrition, organic farming, crystal healing, creative artistry and piano. She has a deep connection and love of both the animal and mineral kingdoms. One of her most personal and profound experiences was rehabilitating and caring for the koala bushfire victims in 1995/96. As a business woman, Linda is also a co-owner of several successful Curves Women’s fitness centres franchises in Western Australia. Through Curves, Linda is strongly committed to assisting women towards self-transformation, self-empowerment, support, the power of choice and nurturance, assisting all women to fully accept and love themselves as they are, which opens the way to healing. Linda’s extraordinary insight into human nature assists people to transform their lives in a profound and lasting way. She is committed to assisting humanity move towards self-empowerment and mastery. Michael King Co-founder and CEO – Insight Foundation - Master Mentor and Coach
Michael has experience in many varied fields ranging from engineering design, development and manufacturing, personnel management, college teaching, the entertainment industry, information technology, management and skills-based training counselling and several natural therapies. To name a few he has qualifications in Toolmaking, Mechanical Engineering, Remedial Massage, Systems Design as well as being a fully qualified Mentor Coach. For many years, Michael has been actively coaching and mentoring students in more than 60 countries. A respected public speaker, he regularly receives invitations to address large gatherings all over the world. Michael chooses to assist others in many ways, including life coach, life partner, metaphysician, mentor, personal growth consultant, healer and counsellor. Michael is very committed to healing the relationship between humanity and the land. His other interests and activities include playing his guitars and flutes, and using his skills as an engineer to build and renovate all kinds of objects including antique guns, motorcycles and vintage cars. Michael is also an expert marksman having won many shooting medals at both State and National level.He is the father of three grown-up children. He is also an accomplished singer/songwriter/guitar player. Michael engineered and co-developed a transformational process called Cosmosis™, which is offered to interested students of the Insight Foundation. He shares: “I make no claims to be anything other than one who is devoted to assisting others to realise and actualise their innate potential; I simply allow the heart songs of each the other to speak. I am something of a controversial voice within certain circles as I advocate high standards for people in the public eye, as an example to others who so frequently seek to emulate.”
Tutor Nerida is a facilitator of the Insight Foundation’s Global Coaching Community. As a multi-modality counsellor, teacher and healer, Nerida assists students and clients all over the world, facilitating Having trained with Linda and Michael King, she graduated several years ago and now enjoys her current role with the Academy. Some activities she facilitates include personal development, holistic counselling, course writing and development, meditation, energetic healing and clearing, online learning and retreat/workshop facilitation. Growing up in a small town in North Queensland, Nerida trained as a florist, before embracing motherhood. Her four children have always been a primary focus. She assists with voluntary work in schools helping children with special needs in psychological care and development. In addition to her volunteer work, Nerida facilitates kids meditation and self-empowerment classes. Nerida, through embracing her own journey in walking the talk of love and truth within her sphere of influence as a parent, teacher and healer, experiences her mission as sharing basic grounded tools for transformation toward the education of humanity into the remembrance of the spirit within. She shares the gift of unconditional love and oneness, co-creating the upliftment of human kind. Faculty Head – Life Coaching Faculty- Senior Mentor and Coach Belinda Jane Baillie is the dean of the Life Coaching Faculty for the Insight Foundation: the Global Coaching Academy, Belinda is an accredited member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is the editor of the International Coach Federation Australasia (ICFA) magazine. She won the prestigious WA Coach of the Year award in 2009. Much of Belinda’s work has involved tutoring, mentoring and coaching in various roles and career focuses. Belinda’s passion is living an authentic, integrated and fulfilled life and assisting others to do the same. She holds a number of qualifications in life coaching, training and presenting, kinesiology and the dramatic arts. Belinda has taught at TAFE in country NSW as well as working with disadvantaged youths and children with learning and behavioural challenges. She has owned and operated a number of successful small (and not-so-small) businesses and enjoys coaching business owners to achieve personal mastery within their own organisations. In her capacity as a life coach and having trained and worked as a professional actor, Belinda also enjoys working as a drama coach for those in the arts, professional or aspiring, who wish to actualise even more of their artistic potential.
Faculty Head – School of Naturopathy Faculty - Mentor and Coach
Since 1996, he has been in the field of complementary medicine working as a naturopath, lecturing in herbal medicine at Victoria University and consulting for the creation of postgraduate studies in complementary medicine for the School of Nursing. His qualifications include Bachelor of Health Science in Natural Medicine, Graduate Diploma in Western Herbal Medicine and Diploma of Naturopathy. He studied at the Australian College of Natural Medicine and Victoria University. He is a member of the Australian Naturopathic Practitioners Association and the Federation of Natural Therapists. Kim has a deep passion for natural therapies, developing his own remedies and essences. He runs a clinic of Complementary Medicine in Quinns Rocks, North of Perth, Western Australia (WA). He loves working with people, assisting them to empower themselves and improve their state of health and wellbeing in a natural way. His previous experiences include working in landscape design and construction where he consulted with school and community groups facilitating environmental awareness programs, bushland revegetation projects and establishing a school environment group.
Kim enjoys family life with his partner and children. He has a strong love and connection with the natural environment, enjoys bushwalking and has worked in a variety of roles to further the preservation of our natural environment. Course Development and Facilitation - Senior Mentor and Coach
Segolene Ferrari Master Mentor and Coach Segolene Ferrari is a committee member and facilitator of the Insight Foundation. She participates in many of the Segolene is a well-travelled French woman. She has lived, studied and worked in various countries, learning much from the influence of different cultures. She has a degree in International Business and Languages, and speaks four languages. She has experience in business administration, customer service, marketing, sales and hospitality. She is a gifted healer, and is qualified in Sekhem and Reiki healing practices. On her journey of self-discovery, Segolene has explored various streams of personal growth and spirituality. Segolene has been very devoted to her personal process of self-actualisation for many years, and wishes to assist other ones to get in touch with their true calling and be empowered in the love they can feel and share. She is passionate about healing the feminine qualities within us and within the group consciousness. She is an experienced facilitator of classes, workshops and seminars in the areas of personal development and spirituality. Segolene has been involved with the IF team since 2004 and is a qualified life coach, Cosmosis™ facilitator and mentor with the IF. She also has a Masters Degree in Internation business and speaks English, French, Italian and Spanish fluently. She enjoys writing, singing, playing the piano and creating music, dancing, spending time in nature and assisting others to realise their dreams..
